Do you agree to cover hotel and flight expenses for Dr. Melih Şengül and his team (2–3 people)?
Do you agree to provide event credentials (tickets, badges, etc.) for Dr. Melih Şengül and his team (2–3 people)?
Are a screen, sound system and Keynote/PowerPoint presentation facilities available?
Do you agree to send the raw event footage to Dr. Melih Şengül’s team after the event?
Do you agree that Dr. Melih Şengül and his team may record at the event and publish footage on his social media accounts?
Do you agree that all content featuring Dr. Melih Şengül’s name or photos, before and after the event, requires our final approval?
I understand that speaking fees start at €3,000, in addition to the team’s hotel and flight expenses. Payment is due at least two weeks before the event. Dr. Melih Şengül and his team may cancel participation before payment. All fees will be refunded if he cannot attend due to illness or other reasons.
